I always start my work on time, at the agreed time
the time spent here is all about the guest
I don’t make phone calls during the treatment, but I will call back the person who called me at the end of the treatment
I provide a calm and quiet environment in the salon
hygiene rules are strictly observed

I would like to ask for this elegance from my guests, that is:

you can make an appointment by phone between 8am and 6 pm
arrive on time, but if something comes up, please let me know in time…
in case of fever and/or infectious disease, please do not come, we will meet at another time
if you will be accompanied, please let me know when you make the appointment
please do not bring pets due to strict hygiene requirements
